“Doctor removed my left kidney and gave me ₦1.7m” — Man alleges

A man has alleged that a doctor illegally removed his left kidney during an operation and gave him ₦1.7 million, before allegedly taking him to Calabar in an attempt to prevent his family from finding out.

According to the account, the man claimed he underwent the procedure under circumstances that were not fully disclosed to his family. He alleged that his left kidney was removed and that he was subsequently given ₦1.7 million.

He further claimed that after the operation, he was taken to Calabar, allegedly to keep his whereabouts hidden from his family.

The man reportedly said part of the money was used to purchase an Android phone for him.

He is expected to speak further about the circumstances surrounding the alleged operation, how he was taken away from his family and the events leading to the removal of his kidney.
